October 21st I imagine, is when they will be testing the collision of the proton beams in the detectors. Right now they are firing and accelerating the proton beams, probably to test the functionality of it all. It's when they collide that the actual science will begin. And I've read they will collide them in about a month from now. |

Andyl, what?I mean, I know me turning 18 is a big deal to me, but I doubt it'll end the world... what ELSE is happening on October 21st? And the Hadron can't end the world, it has an educational rap. Name one other object of doom that also has an educational rap. |
