i seen this on csi, now if i believe what i see on tv, which i do...the child might have shown signs of a genetic illness that a previous infant of hers had died from, therefore she couldnt bare suffering through watching her second child die from the same illness, and so after having the baby checked out she couldnt wait for results to come back so she 'forgot' him/her in the car,and later she will feel guilt ridden after learning her child was only acidentialy exposed to pesticides and she killed a healthy childHorrible i know but heh, you cant make this stuff up...wait |

I agree with dom, they should be praying for the baby. She reaps what she sows and she deserves prison, sure it was an accident but people have gone to prison for much less. I don't think she should be allowed to be around her son, not that she would forget him in a car as well but after a parent loses a child it drats them up. She'll either become way overprotective of him or she'll detach herself from him completely. |

By the way, at least in New Mexico, you are protected by state law if you ever stumble across a child or a pet in danger of heat/cold exposure to do damage to a vehicle, i.e. break a window, and not be held responsible for damage but, you must call 911. One of the few smart things NM has ever passed. |
