Ive lived on almost nothing and it's for the birds, not me. I'm still frugal but, I'm far from cheep. Waste not, want not and work smarter not harder are principals of life not taught in schools.MAC or PC, the principals are the same. |

I dated a guy who would patch the bottom of his shoes with duct tape.Other ideas: Bulk pickup night is a good place to score items. Town dump, if your town still has a dump. Garage sales. Decorate your crib with stolen milk crates. |

Move to brazil and expend less than 2 USD per day on food. Still pay a pooload more on import eletronics tho, but you don't need a PS3. |

Apples save me money. I've had this for a year and all I've had to do is the occasional check. Windows its a hassle, buying anti-virus, buying back-up hard drive, formatting everything. |

Being in a multimillionaire family *adjusts monacle* I find it pointless to do any of these. However, Thrift stores are the best places to find stuff for halloween (Cloaks, rusty knives etc).
And the 'fun fact' is true! We actually don't use that much of our money (we don't have a fancy car, huge house, or anything of the like). |

this is exactly what i did when i was on a school trip to whistler for a band festival. but another thing i did was.. order little at expensive restuarants. if you're eating with your friends they will feel bad for you and give you some of their beloved medium rare meat loaf. i used about 170 dollars in 4 days while all my friends used 300 |

I don't know about anyone else, but where I live, I find that there are a lot of people living on very little income who buy movies. Lots of them. Enough DVD's to stack up and fill an entire wall. |
