@ ayull: Wow... i think i love you. In a whole just-friends-ive-never-met-you-and-we're-both-in relationships kind of way xPI thought the list was funny though..especially #1. I like capris! Havent wore many but i like them x.X |

ayull, be a man, and think for yourself.... you were not put on this earth to "serve the almighty females" have some personal taste.... btw, being fat is totaly your fault... i started gaining weight, but i cut it down this summer, by eating less and moving alot more..... btw, swimming gives you a AWESOME abs.... im 5'9 and 136lbs. if you want to see proof, my myspace url is the same as my screename on here. |

i agree with the list, but come on gerbear, suck it up!!!! quit your whining!!!! there are other things to wear besides jean capris..... its ugly, and that is it..... it doesnt even serve a real purpose, and where i live, its either jeans or shorts, for the sane people.... no jean capris for girls, and no jean shorts for guys.... there is a good agreement i think....
i agree with TehBomber, but to an extent.... a girl (and a guy) has to has to make themselves look presentable, without looking dumb....

I don't give two poos about what my girlfriend wears. she's beautiful in anything. if i feel she doesn't look good i'll tell her but i'm not gonna force her to change, and she does the same with me. and for the FemNazis and whatever-you-call-the-male-portion, get over yourself, it was posted here cuz whoever wrote it was gnikcid around. |

Now come on you guys.... the list makes sense but the comments under them are a bit unrealistic.
You can wear pj's to bed that are comfy and sexy at the same time for one thing, And moving in your mom?? Why would ANYONE want their mom to move in unless she was seriously ill and needed care?
Also, you guys need to take a look at yourselves too! I am quite sure there are some things about yourselves that could use some adjusting also!!
Remember... it is a two way street and life is about compromising!!!! (key a great relationship)

i don't see the problem wearing jean capris, it's a nice in between-er if it's too cold for shorts or too hot for jeans

9) Cut your hair - This is obviously a matter of personal taste. I certainly have my preferences, and I'm pleased to say that the woman I hang out with both encourages me to share my opinion, and values it - but I would never dream of dictating her hair style to her - just as I would never accept anyone doing so to me.
10)Gain weight - How superficial. While it may be easier to be attracted to someone who is lean, one hopes that any kind of serious relationship is a bit deeper than that. I'm not immune to weight gain either - but I know that my partner cares more about me as a person, and I hope she is confident that I think similarly. I also want her to be healthy, and to feel good about herself - but I'm interested in her for more than just her body.Of course I'm talking about a mature, loving partnership between equals - something that this lists author will probably never understand or appreciate. |

7)Let your mother move in - I don't think moms in general are jumping at the chance to move in with their kids. If mom needs to move in for some reason, I'm guessing that reason is pretty compelling. I wouldn't want to be with a girl who cared so little for her mother that she would not help her in a time of crisis. And if she would leave her mom on the street, you would have to worry about how she would treat you when the chips were down, wouldn't you?
8)Matching outfits - A bit hokey - certainly, but the same logic applies as with the sweaters. Where's the harm, if it pleases her? Still, everone is entitled to their opinion, and I would hope that the female partner would be just as considerate to the feelings of the male.

4)Scrap booking - I for one think that having someone who cares enough to take the time to not only preserve memories we've shared, but to go to extreem efforts to present those memories in a really nice way, is really super.
5)Xmas sweaters - I'm not a big fan of these things, but that hardly matters. What matters is that when you see that something is important to someone you care about, you are flexible, and try to do what they would like. Hopefully the same consideration will be returned. This is the heart of "Mature Relationships." If you don't know what I'm talking about, I feel sorry for you.

Anyway let's be serious for a second.
1) Night gowns - If a woman is wearing a night gown that leans toward comfort rather than sexy her man should consider himself lucky that she feels at ease enough with him to do so. It's a good thing, and besides the sexy stuff wouldn't be as interesting if it were used all the time anyway.2)Shopping in slippers - Is this really a big problem? I have never seen anyone shopping in slippers. Nobody. Ever. As in not one single time in my life. Aside from that, I assume that someone who would shop in their slippers would be doing it for whimsy's sake. A girl with a sense of humour, who doesn't take herself seriously all the time, is a keeper.
3)Capri pants - The photo included in the list wasn't a very flattering one, but there isn't anything wrong with capri pants. Different styles suit different people - male and female. If your girlfriend likes it and it flatters her - then that's all that matters. |
