Tuesday, July 29, 2008 12:50:34 PM Ohh man, I wanna go see that. I know it's a guy in a suit, but it's still freakin' awesome. x3 Also, it's a very young t-rex. Raptors are smaller and not as dense. /geek |

Friday, July 25, 2008 8:18:28 PM Thats... not a robot.. it's an anamatronic suit a guy is wearing. We get stuff like this walking down the 16th street mall (like Broadway in NY) here in Denver for parades and friday events.. You can see the legs inside the T-Rex's fake legs. Still neat though. They're really awesome up close.oh and @JumboH - 2) They didn't cover the legs because a human body cann't support itself and the weight of the suit (which is anamatronic meaning heavy.) if he/she were to bend their legs or stretch to fit in the suit. Movement would be limited. 3) He/she is paid to do this as a museum attraction. Dinosaurs are scary. period. Don't think so? Go back a couple million years and lets see how long it takes before you run from the T-Rex eyeing you in the savanna lol. |

Friday, July 25, 2008 6:55:24 PM Three Things:1. That would totally freak my dogs out. I need one of those costumes. 2. Why did they not cover the person's legs? They made this awesome costume and finished 99.9% of it. Might as well have added a sign that said, "Don't use your imagination. Not real." 3. Anybody who volunteered to get into the costume shouldn't be allowed to wield it. If you enjoy freaking out little kids (which I would), you should be ashamed and not be allowed to wear the costume. Let the boring guy do it.
