the people were telling the guy in the sewer to not be afraid and get it over with...that sucksi went to india last year and i guess a huge problem in villages and small towns is that there is no sewage line. people have to get rid of dirty water in a corner that becomes mud (dirty water as in laundry water) and finding toilets is pretty hard. whatever sewage line a town might have is very deep within the ground and i think thats what the government is working on...kinda |
