Saving Private Ryan was one of the best war movies ever made. It is up there with Platoon, The Guns of Navarone, and Apocalypse now. It's also better than any of them. It's actually the best war movie ever made. |

That may be the most profound statement EVER in a mainstream-non-porn-non-whack-worthy film.
However, right around 2 minutes, 39 seconds I blanked out; so I'm not sure if it had subliminal hypnotic powers, or I did, in fact, whack and blocked it out. Anyway, this is one movie I'm definitely going to see in KY, um jelly...uh I meant Kentucky.

Saving Private Ryan was AMAZING. But..it wasn't a war-comedy, it was a war movie. I can't wait for Tropic Thunder! And whats up with the extra 8 minutes that aren't even there? |
