i blame the guy for going along and the girl for well going along to she didnt have to why is he being punished liek that when the girl could have said no and odds are he would of stopped its not stalkig if she responded ina positive manner |

IMO texting is a seriously stupid fad. I can understand how from time to time it would be a useful feature on a phone, but come on.. How about actually having meaningful conversations instead of sending a thousand pointless interjections every day. Blah.Humans < Monkeys |

But you were home schooled. So your high school teacher was your mother??"...i'm guessing no? i was a homeschool teacher, i went to these little kids' house and we went over their lessons and that was that. i didn't sleep with any of them tho
and...um...so wait. this teacher got caught a first time, and had a restraining order put against him and everything, and all he got was a warning from the principal about texting? i mean like he was still her teacher? and yah. one year off from teaching and an embarrassing trial to be able to teach again isn't gonna stop a pedo. also, yes, the blame rests on the teacher. no offense but 13 yr olds aren't the brightest crayons in the box, most don't know how to think for themselves yet. it doesn't matter if the little girl "provoked" him, he's lived twice the amt of time she has, he should know how to conduct himself around tweenies not quite out of puberty

My girlfriend and I used to text up a whole lot like that. Not dirty stuff but stuff none-the-less and it seriously SERIOUSLY costs a whole F-ton of money. |

meh, i never liked texting anywaytho if they really do like each other then i see no problem with the texting. if he was doing it to more than one student at a time tho, then i think it's bad. but otherwise i don't get why teachers and students can't have a relationship. not that I've had one before but i mean if you love someone, it shouldn't matter right? |

Keep in mind SHE texted him back. Also, she was 15 when this video was taken. Assuming they continued to text after she left the class, they exchanged about 120,000 texts in those two years. NOW tell me it wasn't partly her fault. |

It's seriously scary to see how many people have been assaulted/ogled/whatever by pedo teachers!My god. My science teacher in eighth grade had a really noticeable boner once. We were dying. And then also he "accidentally" showed us naked pictures of his wife when he turned the projector on. WTF. OH AND THEN on Halloween he dressed as a cow, WITH UDDERS, and asked us to milk him. To milk him. Let that sink in. ...He chased us around with his udders! Sorry. Still a little traumatized. o_O |

*just finished 8th grade*My English teacher this year was incredibly creepy. Everyone thought he was a pedo. He only called on girls (my friend's class only had three girls, and still), and he seemed to stare at us...creepy. And he encouraged emailing assignments way more than he should have. Sounded like he wanted out emails. Plus he never refered to his kids by their names, unitl someone called him out on it. He just called them girl and boy. Not to mention my health teacher that watched the boys get changed in the locker room and supposedly grabbed some kid's crotch (wasn't my gym period, but that's probably a rumor). And the various boners noticed by my classmates since I had almost all male teachers. Mainly my woodshop teacher after helping one girl with her project, and once when someone from all 5 periods said something about my science teacher having a boner (on the same day, so I'd like to think it was his pants). |

For some reason, it's OKAY if a female teacher does this type of crap, but NOT OKAY if a male teacher does it. You people are idiots, the majority of you. Why not celebrate him for hitting on little horny girls? She's going to get pregnant within the next 2 years anyway, seeing as how this is the trend these days.
