I have seen worse rituals and would perfer this one to that jumping over herds of bulls or bullet ant gloves (thought the gloves sound interesting). None of them are really that fun but then again growing up isnt supposed to be all fun and games. |

The reason men get these initiation rites and women don't is because when women start having their period, that's a sign that they've reached their adulthood.
Actually, I wouldn't mind them bringing back these things to the West. That'll put a stop to the current onslaught of emasculated men. |
