I can understand why nobody helped him.
1: NOTHING to do with getting suesd.
2: people are too scared - I wouldn't want to get involved in that .
They are two women - one with a small baby, the other lookes quite old.
3: Just because it looks like an unprovoked attack doesn't mean it is.
They could have been from gangs or whatever.
I know that I would not get involved, people carry knives and guns now.
I reckon that most of you saying it sucks, if your were actually there, would have sh*t your pants and not helped |

One of the ladies had a child, it would have been irresponsible to leave that child to help the man, or so you would have said if it was done.
The other lady looked elderly. I doubt she would have been able to do much."Wow, it took almost two full pages for someone to actually pay attention to why they couldn't help. |

Why would you not help? Like he would be able to beat down two people at once? He would be forced to run, but he's on a damn bus...Even if you do somehow lose a 2v1 fight, its gonna get him an extra count of assault or whatever he gets. |

Someone said earlier about the Good Samaritan Law. Well it only applies to first aid responders, like myself. But it doesn't apply to the people that help supress the attacker. But still if anyone on that bus got up to help the poor fella. Im sure the prosecuter and the jury wouldve cleared him. Also someone said earlier about defending his friend. The thing is your right, its way better to save a life then to lose a couple of yours. Even if you get life, hell. You won't go insane like the rest of those drats cause you kno you did it for a good cause. |

ok I guess I'll be the first to say it....FAKE!!! Nobody helped because nobody was really getting hurt...FAKE!!! I mean c'mon ppl...if anything the bus driver would've stepped in or pulled over or at least walkie talkied somebody (and more then likely the bus driver has a gun). |

Oh come on, everyone knows what is going on here but know one wants to say it out loud because he might be percieved as biased.
