Thursday, June 05, 2008 3:25:40 PM I'd rather buy a gyrocopter. Cheaper, safer, and much more confortable and you can take a friend! |

Thursday, May 29, 2008 4:52:28 AM You know what would be good, a big pair of solar powered wings. That'd be handsome. |

Wednesday, May 28, 2008 7:33:24 PM I want one too, that would be awesome. Flying over all of the losers in rush hour traffic. You'd just have to go high enough to get around, and landing with loss of power wouldn't be a big deal. You could do it safely. That would rock. |

Wednesday, May 28, 2008 7:45:08 AM You don't need a parachute or an ejection seat, dumbass. Deployment would be a nightmare anyhow. The nice thing about helicopters is you can autorotate if the engine fails. Bigger birds can only do a successful autorotation from above 200 ft or so, but I bet this little one could make a non-life-threatening landing after loss of power from any altitude. Pretty cool and WAY safer than a jet pack! Cheaper too, especially on fuel. |

Tuesday, May 27, 2008 11:47:27 PM You guys think this is cheap? Fifty-eight grand seems like an awful lot for a lawnmower engine and a propellor. |

Tuesday, May 27, 2008 11:04:31 PM "That can't be legal...!"In the US it would probably be classified as an ultalight aircraft and be legal for anybody to pilot. Ultralight FAA rules |
