I agree with Okasen. It's tail isn't tucked. It's just low. My friend's dog does that when he is near much bigger dogs. His dog is always happy (TAIL WAGGING) panting, barking, normal dog stuff, and it has no disease since he last went to the vet. He lowers it when he is near bigger dogs though.
The dog in the vid is probably just scared, and likes that music!

I'm gonna have to vote for it being sick. It sort of made me sad. The dog is obviously not happy.

for gods sake, all you little animal freaks, the dog's tail isn't between it's legs. Between it's legs is completely tucked under the belly and curled. His tail was just low, so he wasn't necessarily happy, but he wasn't scared. Low tail only means he isn;t very confident.

and there's a good chance the dog is attempting to dance. My dog wipes his face, thers that one dog that skateboards, why not one that dances?

LadyWeasel's link has it right. That's a sick dog. I feel bad for laughing at the vid.

Tail tucked, but wagging indicates nonthreatening discomfort. BUT, he is moving to the beat. Either the beat was painful, as mentioned previously, he is enjoying it and focusing on movement, or he was trained to do this, even though it's not comfortable, therefore he could be afraid of getting beat. It doesn't look like distemper because he isn't randomly lurching. I'd say it was illness, but it is to the beat of the music. I've never heard of musical illness.

He looked kind of scared. I don't know if he was really dancing or not.

I know of a dog that had sensitive hearing and would do mini startled "jumps" to the bass in loud music and various noises. I wonder if this dog is doing the same sort of thing, yet nonstop. the music did seem pretty loud.
