I love it. Slavs are so crazy sometimes. His opponent walked over and was all "LOL WTF?" I also love how the ref awarded another point to his opponent against unsportsmanlike conduct, then corrected it for fear of the guy killing himself or someone else. |

"For the record, he got patched up after, won the next 7 points straight and won the match" of tennis, a game I derided before, and shall continue to do. fyi, this is the first time I have looked at anything tennis related since the 90's, and I looked at it to see a tennis player smash his head with a racket, not from some inexplicable urge to find out what he did after, be it go on to be the crown princess of wimbledon or whatever is the feat all tennisers dream of, or packed it in and decided to farm shrews or something before dying of vomit inhalation in a playground in moscow. its the same to me. |

Wow... I really despise all you people flaming on tennis... I'm a tennis player myself, and I agree that it's not that interesting to watch after a while. But have you ever played? Seriously...Despite that... I've witness my friend needing stitches on the forehead from a tennis accident. The opponent sliced the ball, causing the ball to slightly change direction upon its bounce. My friend had no time to react, so he just swung at the the ball which was closer to his body. On the backswing, he hit his forehead, cutting it. I can say that I've almost done this a few times too. |
