However, it shouldn't be every Joe Moron. This is a clear example of why only certain people should have guns, because some people are too stupid to use them with proper care. If this idiot hadn't had a gun lying around the house (why did he have it? In case of robbery? Call the police/use a melee weapon) he wouldn't have had the brainwave to shoot a hole in his wall. And the "people with guns willing to stop them"? That's what Armed Response police force and/or the Army is for. |

It is tragic that the woman lost her life in front of her kids in the yard. What is worse, the guy was a bad shot. It was the second shot that killed her, so if he hadn't missed the first one she would have been ok.However, like most tragic firearm accidents, following 4 simple rules would have prevented this one, such as always being aware of what is beyond your target. And contrary to the bubble gum and candy world that some of these posters live in who say Violence and Guns never solve anything haven't read their history books. Valentine's day cards didn't stop Hitler. Asking nicely to free black people didn't convince the south. And begging for representation did nothing for the early Americans. "Manslaughter" - ? How about cold-blooded, premeditated MURDER. What are the odds of "accidentally" hitting someone in the yard like that? .001% or something? Now figure the odds of hitting them fatally. Now figure the odds anyone would be stupid enough to use a gun to drill a hole like that. Now figure the odds he would shoot twice instead of once. Now multiply all those odds together and you get something like .000000000000000001% of this being an "accident", and a 99.999999999999999999% probability it was premeditated murder. |

woah.... quick sand has some problems. maybe he/ she should work them out with a school counsellor or something? whats stupid about the clip is that the neighbour said, "bad things happen to good people". more like "bad things happen to stupid people". i don't believe this is indicative of everyone in the US. but its fun to tease. just like we brits tease the french for being frogs or the ozzies for being convicts. and they tease us for being arrogant pricks. so the world collectively teases the US for being stupid. its just a bit of fun. |
