You guys know what's sad? I don't play online games (well, I used to), but my girlfriend does :o I've actually had to talk her out of playing for hours on end. We're working on her habit, though.Another sad fact is that the majority of "female" gamers are actually guys. The online gaming community is probably the saddest community in modern day life. That's one of the many reasons I quit online gaming. |

Haha, this made me sad because I have a really good friend online and I wish he would show up on my doorstep one day... just so we could interact with each other in real life instead of typing and fighting. |

^^^ When I met the people I game with, we called each other by our character names too. It's just easier to remember. We didn't come in costume though. |

Yeah, this whole female-male gamer thing is annoying. It was one silly comment, people!I find this especially funny considering that I met both my boyfriend and my roommate on an online game. And I've met others from that game. In costume. And we refer to ourselves on the phone as our characters. But I have a life, I swear! Must...watch...more. |

Oh, one more thing, it's true that most of those "girls" are really guys. It's what I like to call the "Ass Factor". Most guys I know say the reason they play a female character is because they'd rather stare at a females ass than a mans ass, even if it is digital. |

lol This series is too funny, I'm watching it right now.
Girls do game, I game and I'm a girl. My husband and I game together. We have a PS2 and a XBox 360, a Wii, a Dreamcast and two computers. I've met some of the people I game online with in person. Actually, we're getting together again next month. Though...I suppose that might be a little weird...but whatever. See, this is what happens when you live with boys your whole life. It's like...they infect you with their bad habits. I don't play WoW though, WoW is the devil. I actually like to have a real life. I cook, I clean, I go to work everyday, do laundry, hang out with people that exist outside the console. I have hobbies that don't involve gaming.
This rant is making me sound crazy...I'm sorry.

Haha, ironically enough, me and my two very good friends all play WoW with our girlfriends.. Sort of, my best friend broke up with his, but we're still great friends, one has been dating his for 2 years, I hooked em up, and I've been with mine for 10 months.. however.. we tend to spend alot more time out of the game than in game, that's always good, right? :P |
