Whoever said that North Americans haven't adjusted as a culture to people being gay, those of you from the U.S. are preaching to yourselves. It may be a little known fact, but Canada is the 3rd country in the world to legalize gay marriage. And I'm not talking "civil union," I mean marriage. So perhaps we're more than a bit adjusted. Or we just had a really tolerant government at the time. Either way, it works for me.That's my rant.

Yeah, I can understand you TeHrussian. They're usually more obvious with good lighting and flexing. Though, I believe it's those hundreds of crunches that's failing you. Good, proper crunches (with weights if necessary) shouldn't last you more than 30 reps per set, and they're the ones that build the abs. |

He's a good looking dude. One thing I can't figure out is how these guys get that perfect 6-pack. I'm at 7.9% body fat, can do hundreds of crunches and rack any ab machine at the gym... and they still don't look like that unless I flex. I guess I fail at being a hunk :( |
