Friday, February 29, 2008 8:18:41 PM rasputinxxx: thats the most retarded comment i ever heard because I figured out that things keep getting harder as you grow up so quit bitching about being a teenager Twinkltits. And I agree with Pabasa totally.btw you guys need to see the full video...and it has audio in it too...that school gal was just being a bitch. And the video here is edited. The drivers daughter attacked the bitch only after the bitch first attacked her mom...imagine yourself in the daughters situation...your juvenile delinquent of a classmate attacks your mom...how the fcuk would you react? Things do get harder when you get older, but in different ways... for example you may have to worry about bills but you dont have to worry about a final exam you have to study for. but your to much of an ass-c*nt to realize this

Tuesday, February 26, 2008 7:31:00 PM "driver can be sued for wrongful imprisonment..."it is actually the other way around, bus driver can be sued for dropping off a children at somewhere else than school or scheduled stop. especially if the parent calls for a missing child who was dropped off at a friends house unknowingly. |

Tuesday, February 26, 2008 3:40:06 PM Yeah I don't think the bus driver didn'd do anything wrong. I think the bus drivers daughter did. |

Tuesday, February 26, 2008 10:58:11 AM I don't see how talking on a cell phone could be so distracting. When you become a bus driver, you have to know in advance that there will be talking, and how can talking on a phone be any different? |

Monday, February 25, 2008 6:54:13 AM Uhm, all the girl had to do was talk lower, and the bus dtriver shouldn't have touched her. You shouldn't have fights on the bus, and the bus driver obviously didn't care that her daughter hit the girl.AND WHY THE HELL IS EVERYONE JUST WATCHING? |

Monday, February 25, 2008 1:56:29 AM that didnt seem like much of a fight. No way the driver hit the girl. In fact, this seems overly stupid. Oh well, suspend them and fire the driver. who cares |

Sunday, February 24, 2008 9:06:16 PM Talking on cell phones on the bus may be against the rules anyway(it was here anyway). And just because school buses are loud doesn't mean they have to be loud. I couldn't understand it when I was in school either, can't people just talk quietly or read? All my bus drivers would freak when people got loud. |

Sunday, February 24, 2008 8:36:34 PM 14 year old girl chatting away on a cell phone close to me would distract me too. Teenage girls can be pretty annoying. |

Sunday, February 24, 2008 8:32:13 PM The driver had no right to keep her on the bus. If that happened to one of my kids I guaranTEE you she'd be facing charges and/or a lawsuit. |

Sunday, February 24, 2008 5:56:36 PM I don't agree with News Programs asking Viewers who's fault they think it is, when we don't have all of the facts. |

Sunday, February 24, 2008 6:24:30 AM Not remotely as dramatic as i was expecting (hoping? =() but its fair enough to ask someone to keep the noise down and its fair enough to ask to get off the bus; so theyre both right/wrong. *shrug* |

Sunday, February 24, 2008 5:59:54 AM ' the daughter was freaking crazy and she could be charged with assault and battery as far as i know, but since she's a minor she'll probably just get the normal punishment'I got charged with ABH or GBH can't remember when I was 15 for a fight in school :S |

Sunday, February 24, 2008 5:54:25 AM HAHA thats funny shiz Anyway they are both in the wrong The girl shouldn't be using the phone if it does distract the driver. But the driver should have let the girl off the bus. In all fairness if I wanted to get off the bus and I wasn't allowed to I'd go mad, claustrophobic tendencies. The drivers daughter tho was hillarious |

Saturday, February 23, 2008 10:47:17 PM Eh, cell phones can be distracting. When I took a greyhound bus recently the driver turned, at every station and told us that "this bus is like a phone booth. Not everyone is interested in your Aunt Gladys' kidney infection. Keep it down. If I can hear you, you're too loud. Thanks." The driver shouldn't have tried to restrain the girl, but the girl shouldn't have tried to leave. One of my relatives is a bus driver and I can tell you confidently that IT IS TYPICALLY AGAINST SCHOOL POLICY TO LET A CHILD LEAVE THE BUS UNTIL THEIR SCHEDULED STOP, DUE TO LIABILITY REASONS. Call it a "nanny state" if you want, but I blame it on hospital chasing tort lawyers. I would never be a bus driver in 100 years, especially in my hometown in Western NY. Crazy road conditions, bratty kids. . .it gives me an ulcer just thinking about it. Sometimes, the safety of the bus has to come first. Deal. |
