Dragonfire epitomizes the intellect of negative response against Apple. Uh Yo Rocky , der uh- PC’s are the best. Duh- I think I’ll take another picture of myself in a mirror for the police files. And yes it is currently the “Worlds Thinnest Notebook” let me finish the sentence “that isn’t an Apple wanna-be piece of junk windows system” And by the way -Lamborghini is over priced- but you would still buy one if you made enough delivering pizza’s as a high school drop out or a mislead zombie that will drink from which ever commercial fountain makes the most noise. lets face it apple could have made the *air* with no screen and mac c*ck suckers still would have bought it. And as for the people moaning that we are turing this thread into a mac bashing session.... so what. We didnt start this arguement, we were all quite happy using PC's minding our own buisness then apple come along spouting the biggest load of bullsh*it about every product they design, saying its better than anything else because of X Y and Z without being able to back up their arguements. A lot of the *facts* they publish are complete lies. They even brainwash their customers into activly slagging off their competition with the same unfounded crap Microsoft only lets apple get away with the stupid jibes and biased comercials because they know that 90% of people realise that mac's offer nothing new compared to a PC apart from being non-upgradable. p.s... But it fits in an envelope!!!! |

That's right, I went there. I think it is sad that Apple claims this to be the 'thinnest' notebook when... it isn't. How can "true Mac users" even pretend this is a decent product? No firewire? Mono sound? ONLY ONE USB PORT? Wow, thanks for taking us back to the stone age, Mr. Jobs. I guess next year you'll unveil the iCar, with square wheels made out of stone, no transmission, a single cylinder engine, and a 2 gallon gas tank, and it'll cost more than a Lexus. On the bright side, it'll have a gray Apple logo decal on not one, but BOTH SIDES! The horn won't beep, it'll play some stupid trendy pop song that sounds like someone playing the trombone to the sound of a cat going through a meat grinder. What'd I miss? |

Lol every post that has anything at all pertaining to the Macintosh turns into an argument. Even if the argument is everybody agreeing with one another :PRegarding macs, I have one, and i put Ubuntu on it. The only other apple product I have is an iPod, that I bought to put linux on. |

If you have any sense at all, you wouldn't care how small your computer is. I can make a computer at least twice as powerful as the Air for around $400. I can't fit it in an envelope (unless I go and buy a giant one), but who cares? Or you could buy a laptop twice as powerful for $600 at the most. It's just common sense that the Air is a waste.If you get it just because you like Apple... Wake up and smell the donuts! 1) You can easily program a computer to run mac OS's
2)Macs Suck. That's my opinion, but it is also widely accepted around the net. But I HAVE had a Mac, and trust me, they DO suck. |

It's funny, because a 1.8 ghz processor barely - BARELY - cuts it for the thing the Mac is known for, ie photoshop, editing, etc. Phail. |

Until you have both you cant say anything about Macs. I have a perfectly good Windows Desktop right here, no viruses, all the programs, custom made. Still prefer my macbook. And if you have a Macbook pro you would realize that a Mac runs Windows better than a Windows. Again, im tired of rebooting the windows all the time, the only advantage it has is that Microsoft Office is better on a Windows. |

i dont know if this has been said, but the pc fanboys shouldnt be attacking mac book users. neither should mac book users think that this is an article attacking them.it is merely pointing out that the mac book AIR sucks c*ck. macs are actually quite nice. i still prefer pc though |

this shouldn't even have had to be made. Anyone with common sense can see that MacBook Air sucks. with all the extra add-ons that you need for it would probably make it take up more space than a normal laptop. Plus, it holds your $1800-$3089 computer hostage to Apple just for a new battery change. Though,the guy does make a good point that Apple has Mono Speakers and that the external Disc Drive doesn't play music. After creating about 6 different kinds of iPods, it's pretty clear that they're obsessed with music. Yet, I bet they have some kind of weird program that'll terminate all music-downloading programs except for iTunes. |
