The fact that he trains for four hours a day might help with his skills and that's without all the pushups and situps. I just hope he doesn't push himself or gets pushed too hard, could do him more harm then good.
The commentary was so annoying what was wrong with that guy? |

if this kid doesnt go to the olympics soon i am going to be appalled. a 4 minute mile at age 11. holy crap. i thuoght i was fit, and i do it in like 6.20 at 16 but holy crap. i wanna see this kid in the next olympics lol |

He probably does 8 sets of 25 or 4 sets of 50 pushups. That'd be pretty impressive if he could do 200 quality pushups without stopping. |
