I seriously cannot find any support for the WGA. For one, the use of unions in this day and age is truly ridiculous.From what I understand most of these writers are already making over 6 figures and they want to be compensated even more from online royalties. If any of these writers are making more than $200,000 a year they are in the top 5% income bracket. There are many workers who make far less and arguably put in much more demanding effort in their jobs. Some of these men even choose to not unionize, because they know the true evil of these groups. At one point in U.S. history unions were important to serve as a check and balance to corporations trying to loophole through government regulations. Unions have essentially not changed since that time and it is hurting America. The union system needs a massive overhaul immediately. The video made me chuckle a bit. |
