Monday, January 21, 2008 7:01:04 AM @BaalthazaqI still don't get it. You have 3 doors at first, so it's a 1/3 chance. Then you have 2 doors, so it's a 50% chance. It may have something to do with the program formula, but I wouldn't know that, 'cause we had a different show in Poland. @Ruswut The chance to roll snake eyes is 21, not 36. If you did this: 6*6=36, it's wrong, cause it doesn't matter if you get 1 and 4, or 4 and 1. |

Monday, January 21, 2008 6:38:11 AM I figured eating cyanide could at least be reversed later (like! by having my stomach pumped), as opposed to things like decapitation in which it would be totally impossible to recover. |

Monday, January 21, 2008 6:25:47 AM For the first one 5 tails in a row is 1/64 chance.Snake eyes is 1/36. Rolling a seven twice, there are 6 combos of getting 7 on 2 dice, therefore 1/6 chance of getting 7 as there are 36 combinations in total so twice would be 1/36 again. 2 aces is 1/13 x 3/51 = 3/650+ (working out in head, it's obviously more than others) So really the question is, which would you more likely survive, eating cyanide or being drawn and quartered. Stupid questions, not impossible as much as random facts nobody could know all the answers to that he googled to get shoved together (black history month for example is in different months in UK compared to USA) |

Monday, January 21, 2008 6:08:31 AM The reason you switch to door 2 is because:When you first choose, you have 3 choices. Thus a 1/3 chance of choosing the right one. If you swap, you are choosing between 2. So your win chance becomes 2/3. It doesn't sound right but it is. Watch. 3 options. 1) Win, 2) Lose, 3) Lose. 1) + Swap = Lose. 2) + Swap = Win. 3) + Swap = Win.
1) + Stick. Win. 2) + Stick. Lose. 3) + Stick. Lose. It's to do with the fact that they always remove a "lose" door. If they removed a door at random, then the odds would be as you expect. |

Monday, January 21, 2008 6:01:05 AM ****Warning******Spoilers****Hope this helps some people wanting answers. ***************************** Page 1 Flip 5 tails in a row or be decapitated. (I disagree, but that's their right answer). 60 KG of feathers. Days and Nights of Noah's Flood. Chlamydia (Contains CMLI). 141.3. Page 2 Eagle. Psycho. (As I said, third letter is Y). Warsaw. 12oz soda can filled with gold. Saxet, Texas. Page 3 Switch to door #2. A one legged woman. Your Mom. Auckland, New Zealand. Yes. (Average minimum is (11*5 + 5*2)/7 = 9.29). Page 4 25G of protein. The fifth color in a rainbow (Blue). The number that is printed on all bottles of Rolling Rock (33). 23. Fartburglar. (I don't know why. The only real word?)
 Be fast, 1 minute and 8 seconds gets you 99.9%. ;) |

Monday, January 21, 2008 4:10:55 AM DAMN!9/20, 59.6%, 12:39. What Pabasa said. And they should've picked a different name for the quiz. I was about to scream "REPOST" if I hadn't noticed "20 questions" in the description. |

Monday, January 21, 2008 3:09:17 AM Requiem: I had to guess that one. The third letter of every word is a vowel. They are in alphabetical order. AEIOU. Y is sometimes considered a vowel in some cases, and would be next in line alphabetically so I chose whatever word had the Y as the third letter. If there's some much simpler answer I didn't get it. |
