Friday, January 11, 2008 10:50:00 AM R_U_Kidding, my comment was referring to replies to my statements made in this thread. Of course we can find instances in this world where both liberals and conservatives went "nuts" as a result of revelation of facts, but within the context of this thread, please note instances in this thread where actual facts were used to rebuttal my statements, and if you can find any instances, please note how I went "nuts" as a result of these facts. |

Friday, January 11, 2008 10:47:52 AM mastercif, it seems convenient of you to misuse my quotes and misinterpret things I say out of context. When I say I've mentioned facts "above," I'm not referring to anything specific, but merely stating that I've stated facts in previous posts in this thread, such as Hillary's links to a communist law firm and support of black panther members. I've said many opinions and facts in my lifetime. You deceptively only quoted my opinion and assumed that was what I was referring to as fact. Your deceptive misuse of my quotes prove none of your points. When I say name-calling, I refer to earlier terms like "stupid" and "dumb," which are popularly accepted as "name-calling," whereas the terms liberal and conservative are popularly accepted as describing those subscribing to certain sets of ideologies. Many people proudly call themselves liberal or conservative, so it doesn't adhere to the popularly accepted definition of "name-calling." |

Friday, January 11, 2008 10:45:47 AM Im glad to see so many people siding with the Obama camp. Although I'm not an American, I've been keeping pace with the nominations and all that, and it's my opinion that he's the best man for America, and more importantly from my perspective, the best man for the rest of the world. As for those people attempting to slur him just because he has a middle name "Hussein", get a life, morons! Please America, vote Obama, Hilary is no where near as good as Bill was, and she never, ever will be. |

Friday, January 11, 2008 2:28:31 AM Surprised to see no Huckabees on the first page, but I'd choose him over Ralphie...I think it's wonderful we have both a black man and a woman running this year, but I don't think either of them is right. |

Thursday, January 10, 2008 11:52:28 PM "Conservatives always go nuts when presented with real facts that burst their bubble. They just resort to name-calling and other emotion-driven tactics. So, unless you're willing to fake-cry or something like that to gain their sympathy, you won't convince a Conservative."Wow, eerie how that worked so well. |

Thursday, January 10, 2008 9:02:02 PM " arkansas_guy, there's no real point posting real facts here, as I've tried to do above. Liberals always go nuts when presented with real facts that burst their bubble. They just resort to name-calling and other emotion-driven tactics. So, unless you're willing to fake-cry or something like that to gain their sympathy, you won't convince a liberal. " ummmm you just did the opposite of what you are preaching, you are using name calling generalizations, and other emotion-driven as you typed that! also you said " The democrats may have answers, but too bad their answers are usually wrong, especially in dealing with terrorism. " cause your opinion/view is an indisputable fact right? Don't get me wrong, i do not classify myself as a "liberal" or "conservative" and i find it ridiculous that people adhere to much to these names i mean why should you make up your mind before you even hear the issue first? |

Thursday, January 10, 2008 8:05:42 PM "the first woman president WILL be shot, as well as the first "minority" president, its just a matter of fact..."Oh my God, please shut up. No one cares if the next President is black OR female. Really, no one cares... except for people like you. You argue that Republicans are racist and sexist while making the biggest deal about the potential "first black or first female President". I don't care who becomes the President so long as they do their damn job. Obama talks a lot about nothing, but is charismatic. Hillary has experience, but people dislike her because she's just like the other Democrat failures that "promised" us change in 2006, yet have succeeded in doing practically nothing. No, the two don't "make a great team". Experience and charisma doesn't fix the problems of a country, actually formulating solutions to problems does. What's the point in experience and charisma if you still don't bring change? |

Thursday, January 10, 2008 6:48:11 PM I am amazed at how many people took the cartoon seriously and are stating reasons why they wouldn't vote for Ralph. "a boy who talks to a statue", etc. LOL It's a cartoon called the Simpsons, please go learn something. Also, I am in America and I stay out of European and Canadian politics so you guys do the same because you lack the knowledge to make an educated post about American politics and the politicians running for President. THANKS |

Thursday, January 10, 2008 6:43:17 PM most of u probably don't even no anything about obama or hilary. "People need to know about Barak Obama's Pastor. They subscribe to LIBERATION THEOLOGY which is nothing more than Communism/Socialism masked as Christianity. It makes sense for Obama not to observe proper etiquette during our Anthem/Pledge and refuse to wear the USA flag pin. Obama is the leading candidate among college students. Most "ivory tower" institutions are full of ultra-left wing/Socialist/Communist professors. Obama will be their favorite. Disgraceful." |

Thursday, January 10, 2008 6:16:42 PM thanks for the support "mastercif" but like i said, responding to these morons with an intelligent response or argument is a complete waste of time. obviously if they find it acceptable to make assumptions and claims about politics without any knowledge then respecting the knowledge of others doesnt seem too likely.thankfully, most of them are either too young or too lazy to vote. |

Thursday, January 10, 2008 5:35:33 PM "Edwards is yet another wealthy liberal who tries to suck up to the little man." ok you obviously have done little or no research about Edwards, yes he is wealthy now, however when he was growing up he was anything but wealthy, rather he grew up with a very impoverished family i mean his father did not even have enough money to bring him home from the hospital when he was born! However through hard work and determination, he worked his way up to the wealth he has now |

Thursday, January 10, 2008 4:25:15 PM heymanivxx, we have been, probably currently are, and will probably continue to be invaded by terrorists. I don't know who they are either, that's why they pose the biggest threat. An enemy you know is much easier to deal with than an enemy hiding in shadows. If you think Hillary is a moderate, you should do a quick search on her ties to communist legal firms in her youth and her support of black panther members. None of the candidates are moderate except maybe Giuliani. The democrats may have answers, but too bad their answers are usually wrong, especially in dealing with terrorism. I agree that a republican is our countries best bet for future years, especially someone with the wisdom, experience, and integrity of Huckabee. |
