I agree with the reset of the gaming community. Who the hell is stupid enough to believe that playing guitar hero is going to make you think you're playing the real guitar? Same for the DDR. Totally agreed. (SOAD is fail) |

One is a game, the other is something real life. People do what they want to pass time, some people can't read notes as easily as others, while others dont have hand eye coordination of people that play video games. Guitar hero is not real, you will see no gamer saying it is like a guitar, its another game to stimulate activity instead of sitting on your ass getting fatter. Also, unlike a real guitar, you increase your reflexes by moving at high speeds reacting to something that is happening to you, where as real guitar you read and play, or play from memory. The bottom line is, your saying a game is not real life.. no sh*t. We gamers never said it was, and never say it will be. The people that think we are are also the same people that say video games cause school shootings, and it seem like a lot of you are on that bandwagon. |

People started hating guitar hero either because they play real guitar and suck at the game, or they go along with the crowd because somehow it's cool to hate guitar hero.Hey kids... IT'S JUST A F.U.C.K.I.N.G GAME! Nobody playing guitar hero thinks they are replacing guitar. That would be like someone that plays GTA and gets made fun of because they don't steal REAL cars. It's a GAME. Personally, I do both and actually do find that it improves guitar playing because it improves strength of the same muscles you use to play guitar. If you don't like it, don't play it. Go suck a dick. |
