I've encountered a lot of customers in my day, and the only customers that ever take the "the customer is always right" attitude have always been wrong. Might be a bit of a stereotype, but it's always worked as a rule of thumb for my observations. |

that guy was way outta line, Im the assistant manager of a mall restraunt and ppl treat us like complete sh**, as soon as the apron goes on we're not humna anymore. I have horror stroies that would make a grown man cry of the a$$holes i had to smile at and apologise to. |

If the customer was always right, do you have any idea how screwed up that would be, that is why they train on how to calm, restrain, make busts, and have the silent alarms. most of the time it's have the angry guy in one spot yelling his head off to someone who has a thick hide and have the problem rememdeed. that way they get to blow off steam and have the problem fixed and for my job that works well |

drat the customer, I'm always right.As people have said, if you work at a customer service type job you'll understand why this guy is a douch bag.
I've only been to a pose office once (had to send a package last Christmas) and I had to wait for like 3 minutes at the most until they were done with the other customer. I didn't mind...it was at a corner store, so I amused myself by read the gift cards. |
