This movie is going to be really crappy if they don't have someone doing to face paced speed talking comintary. If they don't have that then it won't be worth seeing at all. |

I reiterate you guys: you're MISSING. THE. POINT. They are making this campy ON PURPOSE. This is supposed to be a "so ridiculously over the top it's awesome' kind of movie.I mean honestly, I have to ask some of you people, what the heck were you EXPECTING from a Speed Racer movie? |

haha wow they really messed that up. i thought it was actually going to be good... that is going to bomb. looks like horrible acting and mediocre effects. the monkey is easily the best part! |

hmm, I would trust the wachowski brothers with this, I mean maybe the second two matrix films weren't great, the first however, was pretty good in my opinion. And while they didn't strictly direct it, 'v for vendetta' was pretty awsome as well. Besides, that cheesiness seems like it is purposeful. It may turn ouut good after all. reserve judgements until the film comes out. |

the movie looks cheesy as hell. i feel bad for john goodman. the style looks like it should be a sequel to 'shark boy and lava girl' oh god not more of those.
apparently from IMDB.com it says it was filmed in 3-d. |

As probably the biggest Speed Racer fan here, I gotta say that this looks pretty damn good. They didn't take too many liberties when doing this so far. Speed is still just a young adult, Chim Chim isn't a robot, and they're not really racing to save the galaxy or anything. So yeah, I likes it. |
