I totally forgot about Event Horizon. A wonderful ship chock-full of evil goodness. um. yeah. It's too bad the movie sucked so badly.

agree with dm2754 on the Tardis, although technically a Time machine, it is a T.ime A.nd R.elative D.imension I.n S.pace machine and pretty bad ass...

Still think there should have been a least a mention of the "Event Horizon" - opening up a portal into hades is no small task...

I totally thought Enterprise would be #1.
Death Star, while technically a space station, is self-propelled...and at a pretty good clip, at that. I think it deserves to be added.

Flight of the Navigator had a cool space ship, but I don't know that I'd put it in the top 10. Sorry, I hate Dabney Coleman

Though it was directed by a schizophrenic named David Lynch, Dune had some really cool spaceships used by the navigator guild. I think they were called Highliners or somesuch. If only I had a tool to gather information stored on millions of computers across the globe. Damn!

Spaceballs ship can go the speed of plaid. Put that in your pipe and smoke it.

They forgot the one from spaceballs. You can't beat a spaceship that transforms into mega-maid.

Heart of Gold sucks monkey butt on a silver platter! The only good thing about that movie was the singing dolphins!

The key word being 'movie' eliminates the Romulan Warbird and USS Voyager, as well as anything from Babylon 5. The same goes for the Muppets' 'Pigs In Space' ship, iirc.

only needs 1 ship from star wars, and thats the death star, not a 'ship' but w/e.

Also, I'd like to have known more about that mothership from independence day, I dont think they get any bigger than that.

Yeah, when I saw "no-brainer" I was thinking the Enterprise. Come on, how did that not win?

Also I wanted to see the Defiance on there. That ship from Star Trek Voyager was pretty slick

"This list sucks. as does George Lucas and everything he touches."

Aww, and I thought it was because he liked me. Well, we'll see if I let this behavior continue, now that I know the truth.
