Sunday, February 10, 2008 10:10:32 PM I'm homeschooled but man I'm not like that! And why do all the kids that win spelling bees always seem like mental reatardationed people? (No Offense) |

Sunday, November 18, 2007 5:55:35 PM I find it funny that the homeschooled complain about how everyone has these ridiculous pre-conceived notions about their education. They mock others when they haven't the first idea about what school is like. I went to a private school and public school, and now go to an acclaimed public university. You know what? I never "waste[d] time in the halls," and certainly didn't have an issue with the cafeteria lady (get spell check "donk") because I had better things to do (like learn in my AP courses) and brought my own lunches. At least know what you're talking about. As for "gance," no one cares about your exploits - whether real or imagined. I've traveled around the world too, and I also completely pay for my education and living expenses. You don't see me naming off everything I have accomplished because I know what I am capable of and don't have to be pompous on the internet to make myself feel better. Sorry, I had to call these idiots out. |

Saturday, November 17, 2007 11:30:21 AM Oh and i have nothing against homeschooled people. Just the ones too scared of socializing who'd rather cling to their mum and be breast fed. |

Friday, November 16, 2007 3:02:37 AM HA, but anyway, I was thinking I'd hit it until I heard that, "yay" at the end. That messed it all up. Also I think she was homeschooled for a reason. I think she was actually autistic or something....maybe |

Thursday, November 15, 2007 10:11:22 PM Bullcrap. I was homeschooled but I did a thing called SOCIALIZING...I was still involved in my community and volunteered and had a job. I'm also in college a year before everyone else, so all you haters can shove it you-know-where :) |

Thursday, November 15, 2007 4:08:28 PM Actually, that's not true. There's this kid that just transferred into my school who was homeschooled. I don't know how, but he has a lot of friends. And a lot of girls think he's hott. Not me, though. Eww |

Thursday, November 15, 2007 9:35:41 AM ok.it is a fact that if you do not involve yourself in everyday contact with people, you will not grow with the social skills needed. (if i dont go to school, i dont learn.) some home schooled people may do this, but the majority do not get outside of their family much- and have significantly less social skills than the average person. Not all, but some. probably the majority (posters that say they are in college at 15 - most likely you.) |

Thursday, November 15, 2007 7:57:55 AM i wonder why they have these competitions anyway. Of all the things you should know to get by in life flawless spelling is not even near the top. however social skills are. |
