theyre both not moving xD when you place your hand for one eye and look at one of the wheels ( the hand is so you wont see the other one ) youll notice it isnt moving. Repeat with the other ne and that one isnt moving too xD |

i think the answer is, that none of them are actually physically moving, but your brain plays tricks, So, when you look at B, A is moving and when you look at A, B is moving...confusing!!  |
