Thursday, October 11, 2007 5:03:20 AM It is NOT RANDOM.... it is an animated .gif... it is an image that cannot be setup to be random. If you chill out and spend more than 2 seconds with it you can see both directions... follow the leg sweeping around... then visualise it going in the other direction and I assure you you will eventually be able to make it switch directions as you want to. It's not a matter of the image suddenly going in the other direction, it's a matter of perceiving the leg and arm being at the front or the back. |

Thursday, October 11, 2007 1:38:17 AM Er...this doesn't tell anyone anything because the figure is switching back and forth. It's not your brain doing it, the person is actually switching. |

Thursday, October 11, 2007 1:16:04 AM For those who can only see it one way, try staring at the text right under her until it switches. Worked for me. Also for more fun, stare at the foot she would be standing on and try to see it as oscillating rather than rotating. Freaky. |

Thursday, October 11, 2007 1:09:03 AM I get exactly how it works but what I don't get is how does this tells you what brain type you are. It went clockwise for me at first and then it went counter-clockwise after a while and so on and so on.(thats not my explanation on how it works that was just what happened for me, so no telling me I'm wrong) |

Thursday, October 11, 2007 12:35:21 AM the best way to get her to switch directions is to cover her whole body with your hand and just leave the legsfrom there its just a matter of which way to swinging leg is moving around the still leg....if (when the legs meet) you see you see the swinging leg as going behind the still leg, try and imagine it actually going in FRONT of the still leg or vice versa, that should help switch the direction |

Thursday, October 11, 2007 12:12:30 AM I don't understand how this test shows the dominant hemisphere. Information received by right eye goes into the left hemisphere and left eye is connected to the right hemisphere. However, simply closing one eye won't make it rotate differently. This seems like a poor test to me... |

Wednesday, October 10, 2007 11:54:20 PM ha it's getting easier to make it switch! my plan is working!Soon I'll be using 15% of my brain, instead of 10%! Take that! |

Wednesday, October 10, 2007 11:49:05 PM I saw it switch, but it took staring at it a little to do it. I'm gonna practice though, to see if I can make it so I can switch what part of the brain I'm using at a given time. That'd be pretty sweet. |

Wednesday, October 10, 2007 11:36:47 PM Of course you can see both ways. You do use both sides of your brain, but what counts is which way/brain use is more dominant. |

Wednesday, October 10, 2007 11:22:42 PM i saw it both ways but my first way was clockwise. if you look down and watch her feet out of the corner of your eye and think she is going counter clockwise and look up she is. and vice versa. i can control it just by doing that it's easy as pi. at clockwise she looks like she is straight up. counter clockwise it looks as if you are looking up at her. |
