Wednesday, October 10, 2007 3:00:39 PM Every test I've ever taken has said I'm split right down the middle... I saw her going clockwise first, then blinked, and she was going counter. ^^; Once again, I reign supreme in neutrality! |

Wednesday, October 10, 2007 2:59:44 PM If she's twirling the opposite a clock does then she IS going counter clockwise. It's impossible for it to be the other way around. You can't do both at the same time. |

Wednesday, October 10, 2007 2:59:24 PM It's not difficult to see it going both ways, but I initially saw her spinning counter-clockwise. |

Wednesday, October 10, 2007 2:59:18 PM I stared at it but all my will couldn't make me see her spin clockwise. Then I realized that blinking a few times while concentrating on the rotation you want to see worked. I see that TeHrussian came to the same conclusion, so it has to be a good technique, just keed in mind that only you decide what you see. |

Wednesday, October 10, 2007 2:34:19 PM I can see both. If thos eof you who cans ee both want to control it, there are two meathods that work for me. say in your head when her rotating leg goes in front or behind, then reverse it and she'll change direction after a while. also try watching the shadow. keri says: |

Wednesday, October 10, 2007 2:33:36 PM I can switch between views, just took some practice on my part. Watch the leg and think of it was not going behind the other leg when it spins to the right but just spinning in front of the other one, like the person is doing a 1 foot twirl in order to change directions. |

Wednesday, October 10, 2007 2:14:56 PM I can control it! At first i only saw it clockwise, but if you focus on the shadow og f the feet, you can sort of "turn it around". All though if I don't focus its clockwise. |

Wednesday, October 10, 2007 1:35:34 PM i can control this because im used to it with car wheels. same idea. I practiced out of boredom whiel traveling, learning to shift the rotation that my eyes perceive. too bad it isnt useful in any way whatsoever. |

Wednesday, October 10, 2007 1:13:53 PM Wow, that is really amazing. It is a difficult illusion to manipulate. Very reminencent of the convex/concave box illusion. |

Wednesday, October 10, 2007 1:01:09 PM I saw it counter clockwise first, then I wanted to see it the other way and I did. So I kept switching back and forth by choice. |

Wednesday, October 10, 2007 12:53:51 PM Has anyone noticed: When you see her rotating clockwise, it appears that she is standing on (rotating about) her LEFT leg (and swinging her LEFT arm) and...when you see her rotating counter-clockwise, she appears to be rotating about her RIGHT LEG (swinging her RIGHT arm). I can switch views with a little effort while concentrating on her foot and trying to see it rotating the opposite way. |

Wednesday, October 10, 2007 12:38:58 PM Ha, I get it! At first I could only see clockwise, but try staring at the shadow. The trick is that for clockwise the extended leg is in front of the body when the shadow appears and for counter-clockwise the extended leg is in the back when the shadow appears. Try it! |

Wednesday, October 10, 2007 12:19:09 PM I saw it change mid move. Like it skipped and almost stopped, then changed directions. This is got to be fake. |
