Carbon Dioxide is what we breathe out, and plants take in to make oxygen. If we breathe in Carbon Dioxide, we die.. if we breathe enough of ita nyway. |

Stupid arguments aside, I'm curious exactly how it works. It says you only have to maintain the generators and not the underwater electro station (unless they're mixing up the terms in the article). Now what happens if something breaks down anyway? Do those 7500 households wait for weeks while divers arrive, explore the malfunction underwater, custom order parts to fix it, wait for them, go fix stuff underwater, test run it?
Better have a contingency plan. |

Carbon monoxide is a colorless, odorless, and POISONOUS gas. Sure you can breathe it in if you want to die. Carbon dioxide is CO2, thus the 2 and the end. Mono = 1, Di = 2. |

Its a drop in the ocean, if you pardon the pun. As someone said earlier, China and the US will make up for any carbon cut backs we (the UK) make. However, it is a start, and thats what we need. Now maybe other countries will follow. |

What a retarded idea. The only reason this got off the drawing board is because the U.K. busts its nuts on anything that reduces CO2. That's OK, China will make up for the "greenhouse gas" reduction.If you believe in global warming, go kill yourself. You are exhaling CO2 and it is destroying the planet, not to mention the CO2 you churn out with daily activities such as driving to work. Everything is your fault and you should feel bad!
