I hate AT&T. When they swallowed up Bellsouth a little over a year ago, I switched to a smaller provider for my business (better rates, friendlier service). I would LITERALLY get 8 to 12 calls a day from AT&T or marketing companies they employed asking me to switch back. It was kind of funny at first, but I eventually had to have my attorney write a cease and desist letter or have them face harassment charges! I even spent $300 on a phone recording system to record every incoming call. One day I had 27 solicitations from them. For the end-all-be-all communications company, they sure as hell can't distribute a "do not call" list! |

^oumaverick. depending on where you live. the network has stayed the same. there is a lot of TDMA shut down going on in the Midwest. so if you live there you probably have noticed some changes in the signal/quality. supposedly more gsm/umts towers to go up soon. |

this is old, but still goodi have at&t. Cingular was really good about call quality, but at&t's sucks. However, i heard from the salespeople that my calls keep getting dropped because of at&t switching its networks over. They said it could be back up to as good as cingular was in around 2 weeks. We'll see if that happens. |
