Worms are rich in protein and are enjoyed in many countries, so I don't see what's the big deal. Besides, people eat worse things in China: scorpions, starfish, sea urchin, lizards, etc.

Worms are very healthy to eat. They are incredibly high in protein.In Africa, we used to eat grubs all the time. It was an easy source of food, and they tasted great once lightly buttered and fried. |
