You can place a tilted bottle in a pile of sand, remove most of the sand, and the bottle would remain tilted. It's the same principle with this bat. Only it was dropped at exactly the right angle with the exact amount of force to bounce off of a sandy terrain that happened to be perfectly shaped so as to give the exact conditions for this to happen. I think I might buy a lottery ticket real soon! |
