Although the source of the signals cannot be established, they can be considered positive evidence of alien abduction activity and they refute both skeptics and ufo investigators who claim that alien abductions are paranormal or supernatural. Any abduction victim with Velostat and a multimeter can obtain a reading which indicates a signal is being sent to them, Menkin claims.

These breakthrough tests were obtained by a man in the United Kingdom who measured current from a thought screen helmet and from a piece of Velostat while he was wearing another thought screen helmet. The man had a history of being abducted by aliens. No current could be obtained from the other materials which he tested. The test cannot be performed by people who are not abductees because they don't receive such a signal.

Breakthrough in Real Evidence for Alien Abductions

Proof of the alien abduction phenomenon was achieved in January, 2007, when it was demonstrated that people claiming to be abducted by aliens actually receive a microwave signal. The signal was obtained by taking voltage readings with a standard multimeter from Velostat, the shielding material comprising a thought screen helmet and from the material itself. The material, called Velostat, is made by 3M.

This is the first time that standard electronic instruments showed that people claiming to be abducted by aliens actually receive a microwave signal. The helmets are called Thought Screen Helmets by inventor Michael Menkin. The helmets scramble the signal thus stopping communication between aliens and humans, Menkin claims. He has been making helmets and sending them to people abducted by aliens for eight years.

Although the source of the signals cannot be established, they can be considered positive evidence of alien abductio

So . . . there have been no abductions of people wearing these?
YOU CAN'T PROVE A NEGATIVE, YOU IDIOTS!!!

What's the likelihood that they'd have been abducted if they didn't wear them? About a 0% chance, I'd say.

Gagala....thanks again for the info. I got my degree in environmental science. I work with water sources and look at microbes for half the day. Some of those bugs look very alien. The mystery of it all is what I find so facinating. I'm just one of those people that always has to know why things are the way they are. But if I think too much about it I'll go crazier than I already am....lol. I'm in the process of getting TMP and hope to watch it soon. My best to you also, and if you ever feel like chatting feel free to drop a line

Freddyferret, I was going to make a joke about your joke but it kind of failed mid-sentence so nevermind LOL. something about tinfoil butplugs but NEVERMIND.....

Snoogans, that reminds me of a boyfriend who actually ended up with a career as microbiologist. His spiritual interest was similar to yours but very vague .... the interest eventually led to the education & experience that got him into science. BTW I didn't like TMP; found it disturbing and depressing but also very informative in the way that fiction can be when certain things cannot be expressed as fact. That film eloquently says things about how to pay off emotional/spiritual debts without quite saying them. The idea of "fertility police" enforcing those debts works. If you're too deep in debt their appearance takes on a negative cast, emotionally and physically, and one becomes one's own sacrifice unwillingly. It's one's own projections. Anyway see the film because it'll say it better than I can. Best wishes

"Since trying Michael Menkin's Helmet, I have not been bothered by alien mind control. Now my thoughts are my own. I have achieved meaningful work and am contributing to society."
Then it is fair to say...Your an idiot.

It's guranteed that if you wear one you won't get abducted... of course you won't get abducted if you don't wear one either.

ok let's suppose it works, and blocks some alien "mind reading waves"...So what? if i was an alien capable of interplanetary travelling i would just abduct him anyways, slap him, take the helmet off, then probe him.... And, no i dont believe in alien sightings, but i do believe that life out there is possible. Proof? just look at us, we're on space, and we're alive.

Gagala....lol, thanks I've been meaning to check out that movie. I heard it's really good. And there is a part of me that believes all life on earth was created by simple organism (bacteria and the like) on one of the many meteors that slammed into earth millions of years ago. Almost like planting a seed. Well I guess now you can tell I have my crazy papers in hand....lol.
