The person who suggested the video alluded to it being a sport, nobody else did.I find this to be less barbaric than many western practices. It's violence to be sure but it's ritualized and controlled violence. A far better way for people to prove their manliness than gang shootings I should think. |

I've been whipped before(nothing sexual and nothing stupid), though not quite as hard as that. It does hurt, but when you think about the importance clans like these place on being adult, it's easy to see why they go through with it.That's not saying I condone it(to those willing to attack me), just that it's easy to see why they do it. |
