The most frightening family of sea creatures I read about were the placoderms who are, for the sake of my personal comfort level, thankfully not alive anymore. Especially genus Dunkleosteus, with sizes anywhere from 27-33 feet long and having a more powerful bite than any fish ever, including the great white.Nowadays I'm wary of giant squid. |
