I was hoping it would be good. Tokyo is beautiful at night. It gets bright really early. I got up at 6 and it looked like it was 12 outside. I guess that's why it's the land of the rising sun. |

On our weather here, sometimes it has a live view of downtown kinda like these pics. I'm guessing It's something like that. Maybe like a news camera or something. |

i dont think it was the same person...my guess is that,camera was just set up in that spot to record the grows of the city, they probably changed that camera few times with a newer model thou...
