Monday, September 10, 2007 9:40:33 PM I like this guy, he sounds good to me: watch him with Erykah Badu:http://youtube.com/watch?v=cTLUdiGJVYc http://youtube.com/watch?v=FrbZqGxgteg or playing the National Anthem for the Nicks at Madison Square Garden: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_sroBOHW2... Both he and Popper approach the harmonica with a different perspective, they play more than just regular Blues licks. I think they are more similar than rodrigorenzo & WhatInThe42o recognize. |

Friday, August 10, 2007 7:10:59 PM Rodrigorenzo, you beat me to it. This guy isn't worthy of cleaning the spit out of John Popper's harps. I kept waiting for him to get good, but it never happens. |

Friday, August 10, 2007 2:53:47 PM This song is NOT, I say NOT from Sting. It is a glorious Jimi Hendrix masterpiece, which was horrendously excreted from the smug, satisfied anal sphincter of "Sting." D0Ze, sorry to be so rude, but the faux-jazz dickery of "Sting" really gets my goat. Go and eat some mung bean stew and have tantric sex for ten hours "Sting"! No one in the world likes you! and by the way, "Sting" there's nothing to brag about in being able to hold off your climax for ten hours. We mere mortals call it erectile dysfunction. |

Friday, August 10, 2007 2:27:13 PM First off, John Popper is the Hendrix of the Harmonica. This guy is probably a BB King. Still, good post. |

Friday, August 10, 2007 10:26:56 AM Clearly the I-am-bored admnistrator doesnt know JOHN POPPER, and does not makes him justice, calling Frederic a Harmonica Master, but let´s make him justice , watch John at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l83dArJkQ...

Friday, August 10, 2007 10:13:15 AM Could have cut the Chapelle intro shorter so we could have heard the entire song.Next time, just cut out Chapelle completely. |

Friday, August 10, 2007 9:00:18 AM god DAYM! That was beautiful harmonica playing. I hate that the video cut off so soon, I wanted to hear the reaction from the audience. That was fantastic stuff. I think he should put out a CD or something, cause I would definitely buy a copy. That was great.Love Dave Chapelle, btw. He's hilarious. His skits on the Chapelle show arent always that funny but I always loved his stand up. |

Friday, August 10, 2007 8:54:36 AM He moves away from the harmonica to breathe in...Chocolate Harmonica! Seriously though, he didn't really blow me away. He was good, but I've never seen anyone who comes close to John Popper.I do like the fact that they played Little Wing which is one of my favorite Hendrix tunes, |

Friday, August 10, 2007 5:13:49 AM Intro pissed me off. But it's not as hard as it looks, if you have a sharp/flat harmonica. I play too :) And to SarahofBorg: on harmonica, you make different tones breathing in and out in the same spot, so you never really hear a "breath" or "break" in the music. |

Friday, August 10, 2007 5:01:03 AM The reason he was all over the place is because he was suffocating as he did the whole piece in one breath... heh awsome |
