mythbusters, watch it. they tried it with a compound bow and found it to be impossible, notice they used a longbow not fully pulled back. theres your answer. and yeah, ok he did have SOME reflexes needed to catch it at that speed but it is humanly impossible to catch an arrow going at full speed. |

Devi3000 you should try this but with a cannon bullet. And you should be put in front of it tied to a post so you would have to escape the roap dodge the bullet and catch it with your teeth...or let yourself die! Anyway it would be fun to watch. |

They didn't show the whole story. The guy has had tons of practice and he gets a warning to know when to grab. It's a little skill and a lot of luck. Try watching it live, he doesn't get them all. They just showed the one he did finally catch. |

To gain this kind of reflexes he must have trained a lot in the poluted pounds why a lot of flies surrounding him! Afterwards he must have probably started catching tenis balls. That's my assumption! |

If I could do that, I would go back in time and tell a bunch of archers that they suck and that I wanna be the new king. But I would prolly bring a few M4s with me so I really wouldent need to be able to catch an arrow cause id just shoot them with my magical death stick... I want a time machine. |

It would be easy to practice the way he was doing it, no chance of being hurt. It's more timing as your reflexes should be fast enough to catch it (imo) |
