dude she was caught drving under the influence like 3 times already or something wasn't she? plus she was driving with a suspended licsense while under the influence i believe. but anyways the point is she broke a law, a few actually and she needs to serve her time just like any otjher person money or no money. I understand how some people are saying their afraid the judge is being harsh on her because she is a celebrity and then other people are saying they don't want to appear soft on celbrities but you know what. She should be GRATEFUL she onl has to serve 45 days. Do you know how many people in jail WISH they only had a 45 day sentence? I don't know much about laws but for what she did wouldn't that usually be almost a year in jail? She needs to stop whining and being such a stuck up brat and realize her sentence is NOTHING compared to what other people doing the same thing would have got. |

And yeah, I've known people who have spent unwarranted days in overcroweded, disease-ridden jails. (and by disease I mean, staph infection break-outs, which come about from unclean conditions.) So Paris can get on her knees and be thankful. She's got it EASY. |
