Wednesday, July 11, 2007 2:24:18 PM What Ancient Warrior are you? My Results:
Hoplite The Hoplite was a heavy infantryman, they were primarily drawn from the middle class, who could afford the cost of the armaments. Almost all the famous men of ancient Greece, even philosophers and playwrights fought as hoplites at some point in their lives. cool |

Tuesday, May 29, 2007 12:39:33 PM One question I have is if I was some warrior during roman/medieval times wondering which job should I sign up for, what the drat does the elimination of a person from a singing contest that occurs hundreds of years in the future have to do with anything? |

Tuesday, May 29, 2007 11:42:07 AM i got: Cavalry were soldiers or warriors who fought mounted on horseback in combat. A man fighting from horseback also had the advantages of greater height, speed, and inertial mass over an opponent on foot. sounds ok |

Actually they'd stand at the front or sides of armies and do almost as much fighting as the men-at-arms, especially when they made up the majority of the army, which they often did. Certainly not the easy way out.
