Im thinking sixteen, with an age limit of, under thirty, is a bit better? Common, don't tell me a man in his twenties wouldn't get off to someone whos sixteen just because shes sixteen? Anything under 16 is just too easy to trick into sexual acts. At sixteen, most girls know how to say NO. Just educate them more on protection instead of sheltering them from it or they wont learn untill it's too late. |

"In the Military the age of concent is 16 or whatever the local laws are, which ever is higher. One thing I think is wrong is that US laws should not work if your over seas. It is said that the age of concent for USA Citizen Outside the USA is 18, but what if the age of concent is 16 in another contry and you ahve sex with a 16 year old? Then when you get home you go to jail? If I am in Amsterdam and I smoke a fatty should I go to jail when i get back to the US...NO. That is stupid."Doing drugs isn't aggenst the law, having them is. I can walk into a police station tell them I smoked pot(they can then legelly search me) as long as they didn't find anything illegel on me I can walk out the door.

yep, 14 is pretty damn young for age of consent. This is not to say they should not be allowed to do what they want with there bodies, I'm referring to the 21+ cradle robbers who are sleeping around with teeny boppers, that craps just wrong. Canada's Conservative government is trying to raise the age of consent to 16 with partners 5 years older when under 21, there would still be no prosecution for equal partners within each others age range. I personally hope that bill passes. That isn't true. There are no cradle robbers, for anyone under 18 the person they have sex with can't be over 4 years older than them. |

I'm pretty sure the age of consent in PA is 18 not 16. I've heard a lot of rumors about older hicks going after the younger ones. |

This is ridiculous, kids that young should not be having sex! I say if you are mature enough to take care of a child then you are mature enough to have sex. Of course it'd be nice if everyone could wait until marriage...but people think it's ridiculous to be required to practice self control. |
