There is no way you can call that fat. You are all blind. Well most of you. Alls I see is a hotty throwing around some frustration on todays "perfect" girl. Give us all a break and look at beauty in its true form right here!

Obesity leads to early death. 'Nuff said. Obese people will only inherit grief and a shortened lifespan. It's easy to be healthy, just watch what you buy.

I can't believe some of the di*k heads here. I'd rather piss diarrhea than listen to another person *mostly ignorant guys* write comments like "get that fatass off my screen!" or "it's her fault" or "lazy ass"

Wow I can't believe some of you

And all the girls dont act like its just a girl thing, the majority of women would much rather date a thin guy than a fat one...

Being emaciated and underweight leads to all kinds of health problems: malnourishment, bone density loss, loss of hair, missed menstrual cycles... list goes on.

^^ I am not being picky but I just wanted to add that all of these things can happen when you are overweight too. I think it is just important to ignore society and be healthy and happy!

She isnt particularly fat but she doesnt do excerise.

Both my parents are fat and im skinny to the point of gauntness. You can only blame genetics so far.

But yer get over being fat it no big deal, but dont think its your only option.

She is NOT pissed because she's fat. Women are seriously pushed by society to be underweight which is even more unhealthy than being overweight. She has a valid point.

Being emaciated and underweight leads to all kinds of health problems: malnourishment, bone density loss, loss of hair, missed menstrual cycles... list goes on.

On the flipside, being obese leads to it's own problems: heart attacks, high blood pressure, diabetes, repiratory problems... list goes on.

So when is the emaciated and the obese going to realize that being IN THE MIDDLE is the best solution? I'm not going to balloon up to an 18, but I sure as hell don't want to be a 1... being an 8 is just fine with me.

Socialism applied to food on a global scale?

I think its pathetic that we all try to justify obesesity as somehow being normal so it doesnt make people feel bad, and that the media are the baddies because they want us to be unhealthly thin. Yet the jolly fat people are just as bad as the size 00's.. 50% of world are starving yet 50% of america and britain are sitting on their 200lb asses complaining about society and how they cant help eating as much as they do! If i couldnt feed my kids for days because there was no food available and i saw that video, i'd be fricking angry wouldnt you? Why not pack up and go to south africa, do some real work, im sure you'll lose a little weight then

There is enough food and money for everyone.. its not right that there are superstars with £500million, so why should it be right for people to weigh 224lbs when ther are lot of people that weigh next to nothing because they cant even afford to eat

I also do not blame the media. The way the media works is that the public say what it wants and the media give them more of that. The public liked reality tv, so we got more of it. Similarly, we want to see skinny people in magazines, so that's what we get.

she expressed a very good opinion on life, she is very happy for who she is and telling others that should live in the now and ENJOY it while it's there, so what if she is 224lbs, she clearly isnt unhappy. alot of people have a lesson to learn from this rant. shame some people are so narrow minded they just saw right past it.

I agree with how society changes the way we see things, but don't blame the media. I mean, it does have something to do with it, but someone who has never been outside and never seen any tv could have the same views as society. And plus, ins't this lady putting a video up a form of media?

I think the problem is there isnt really a so-called "Happy medium" anymore. Thin girls want to be thinner and heavier women want to be thinner. All of which has severly increased the amount of people with eating disorders. Society stresses the "ultra-thin" look way too much in magazines and on tv. Most young girls dont understand that those photos they see in most magazines have been photoshopped like crazy removing all imperfections and looking like that is just not realistic.
There is no perfect person...fat, short, tall or thin be happy with what you have and who you are instead of wanting something youll never be like a 100 lbs soaking wet.

"224 pounds is in excess"

Can you really pick a number at which somebody attains a lable such as fat? Is there a point at which a person can gain one more pound and suddenly be treated entirely differently? People who are the same weight can look totally different and so, I think, that you could only judge a person's appearance by looking at them and that the number is nothing of an indication. Anyway, appearance is often only the first stage of attraction, ie, before you've talked to a person. I'd like to think that, once you've entered into a conversation with them, all that you take in are their personality and opinions.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

I never said that women should be a perfect image. I just said that there should be a common ground between incredible anorexia and incredible obesity.

There is no such thing as the perfect image, so what the hell are you talking about, yea might see all this barbie doll whores walking around, but dude there not perfect.

But onto the vid, was good, although i already admit to myself im fat, i dont give 2 flying f***s what others think of my looks, its my body, not theres, why do they need to comment on somthing that isnt theirs?

And Sugapuss rpm was right, men have as much trouble with health freaks, the same as women, all me are supposed to have a fit, muscular, toned body, have a 10" penis and vist the gym 388 days of the year.

No i dont do that, i play football(soccer) now and again, and i swim now and again, but i walk almost everywhere, so, im technicly doing exercise when ever im out, which prove the point fat people arnt lazy, because if you see a bigger person walking down the street, u have the balls to call them lazy, when they still go out and have a life??

I like how people refer to heart attacks when they talk about the health issues about obesity, or rather, simply being overweight. Cardiac arrest is more likely to be caused by hereditary reasons, which is also the case for weight. Since those two share a similar cause, many people assume that one is due to the other. Like the woman said, "thin" ancestors is probably the best way to not be overweight, then again, we don't choose our ancestors.

I loved that video. That girl is gorgeous and she really doesn't look as heavy as she is. I'm overweight, but I'm far from lazy or very unhealthy. I go to the gym 2-3 times a week before work, I don't kill myself but I do 40 min workout and have a swim. I eat quite healthily, I do love the odd takeaway on a Friday evening, but who doesn't? I may drink too much on a Saturday night, but I like to go out & have fun! I have a very pretty face, I have no problem getting guys, and NOT because they think just cos I'm fat, I'm easy! I'm slowly losing weight, which is probably the best way to do it. And I'm not doing it because I want to conform to society's opinion of what a woman should look like, I'm doing it for my health. Everyone's entitled to their opinion, some people think fat people are gross...in fact I run screaming when I catch the reflection of my as.s in my swimsuit, but you can't tar everyone with the same brush.
