You don't have to be fat to be unhealthy...I know plenty of skinny people that are about to kill over because they eat wrong or whatever.
And to people that are saying "Being obese is unhealthy blah blah blah"
Since when did it become your job to tell someone they're unhealthy?
Seriously, get a life and quit making fun of fat people.

i dont like the part where she was like "next time you see a fat person, look at them and smile" it made it seem like FAT people were absolutely different from everyone else, it almsot sounded hypocritical to her point?well, im actually underweight, and if i had a dime for everytime i got asked if i was anorexic, id be rich. but whatever if youre fat, youre fat, nice rant, but she should just live her life instead of trying to prove to the world that being fat isnt bad. i dont care tho, good for her. |

If people don't want to care about their wieght, then they shouldn't. If people want to care about their weight, then they should. They should just stop blaming other things/people for their problems. Yes, it could be a health problem, but you can fix it. Don't blame the media or society, if you can and want to change, then do it. If you don't, then don't, it's your choice but every choice has consequences and you have to deal with them. That's what this lady is trying to say, change if you want, but if you're happy the way you are, stay that way. It doesn't matter if society thinks your ugly, because society is a group, you're an individual, and you'll meet another individual with the same views as you. |

Why can't society face it? Its not a problem of today. Dont you see sculptures tracing back over 2000 years ago? The women are depicted as what you call skinny-simply because its simply beautiful. She is complaining about the company not making a pretty dress in her size. Well I dont really want to see her in a dress like that. |

I'm overweight. I've tried for quite a while to get to a healthier weight, but so far nothing has really done it. I don't eat that much, and when I do its healthy. I have soda (Which is one of the worst things you can have) once a month.Then I remembered something. I'm only 16. I have my whole life ahead of me. If anything, what I still have is baby fat. A lot of pudgy people keep that until they're around 18. For some its inevitable. I've been made fun of and picked on, but honestly, I haven't cared. People say what they must to feel better about themselves. They have a flaw (crazy parents, trouble at school, etc.) and compensate that by making fun of others. I myself have never picked on anybody. Mostly because I know how it feels, and also I have no reason too. I'm fine with who I am. Except when it comes to dating. I'm way too shy, and my physical appearence doesn't help. Girls are just as bad as guys when it comes to this, no matter what people say. |

This was a really good video. I'm overweight (160lbs, 5'2"), but it's mostly genetics. My whole family is fat. I tried to lose weight recently, but no matter how I changed my lifestyle, I couldn't. Then I gave up trying. I still eat pretty healthy, walk nearly everywhere I go, and I very rarely drink. But I've given up trying to be skinny. I'm a size 14/16 and I don't care who knows it. As long as I eat right and exercise, I don't care what size I am. |
