(sorry for typos, by the way... I'm also in the Dyslexic Typers Club)My best friend of over 10 years is as skinny as a twig. She gets sick, and she loses 20 pounds that she doesn't even *have* on her body to lose. She's absolutely beautiful too. My brother is 6'5" and weighs between 180-200 pounds. He's skinny as a twig, and he's gorgeous too. His girlfriend Sam weighs all of 115, I'm sure, but she's a wonderful person and beautiful too. We're all beautiful. Get comfortable in your skin, its the only one you've got. And why waste time/energy stressing over whether or not you're fat, or whether or not to call someone else fat?? Why? Ask yourself, jsut ... WOOOHOOOO!!!! I HAVE THREE LITTLE NUMBERS FOR YOU FAT-HATERS OUT THERE:215 That's my weight. And I'm beautiful. Notbecause I tell myself that to make me feel better, but because its true. Yes, both of my parents are overweight, and so are my grandparents. My dad is really the only one who *tries* to lsoe though, and that's because he's gotten to the "unhealthy" point.. Not, as in having a heartattack unhealthy, because that can happen to ANYONE, but as in, he's about to get diabetes unhealhty... As for me, I'm beautiful, and happy the way I am. I have a wonderful boyfriend, whose penis is NOT 10", but is perfect for me, and he's overweight too. We're both healthy, loving people, in a healthy, loving relationship. Hell, we even play video games and D&D together. We also walk everywhere together. Running low on characters, so I'll conitnue in my next post... |

i think it's pretty sad that only the fat people, and the once-fat people, are the only ones who can understand. if you've never been heavy, you have no idea what it's like. but also, trying to convince anyone who doesn't understand that fat can be pretty is like beating a dead horse. stop being so closed-minded. a little junk in the trunk never hurt anybody, except those skinny freaks.skinny is beneficial, it makes health and life easier. but really, really, when it comes down to it, it doesn't ****ing matter. life isn't about how you look during your time here. it's about how you live it and what you do. screw vanity, screw aesthetics. there's no purpose. if i want beauty ill go to an art museum. |

if shes happy with her weight why should we care? I agree with how the media put far too much pressure on women to be a certain weight. I mean at the moment unless you like a size 6 and have no boobs u cant buy a decent top. if will make u look like a twat. The fashion industry is far too critical. |

first off, wow she knew about cool stores like anthropologie and urban outfitters. High five! but also she kept saying she was a bitch which made me sad because every "mmm look at me I'm hot and fat" has been stuck up and very very annoying and tend to be the stupid boy obsessed girls who would jump into bed with any "good looking" guy and giggle like a school girl. I love this rant! She has some really good points. I think the woman is quite pretty as well.
I am 15 and I am apparently overweight, yet I look around and a lot of the girls I know are the same size as me. I find it hard to get clothes that I like that actually fit and don't make me bulge unpleasantly. At the moment, I'm steadily losing weight, and I think that's the way you should do it.
I try not to let my weight bring me down, and to be honest, there's no reason that it should.
There's guys on here saying that women shouldn't be fat or whatever and someone said something like the woman was only moaning cos she couldn't get laid. I beg to differ! Even though I have weight problems, it's never stopped me getting guys or any of my larger friends. A lot of boys I talk to say they prefer people who are larger. Anyone here who thinks they are fat shouldn't put themselves down as long as they eat right and excersize, you're fine and most probably a beautiful person inside and o |

Hey, I'd just like to say I agree with her on the most part. I mean, I dont think people should be encouraged to be fat, but I know how hard it is to loose weight.
I used to be quite a bit larger than I am (And I'm still not at my idea weight.) I stopped eating for a while, and lost some - but that didnt loose me much weight. The I started to excercise alot and the weight pretty much just fell off.I must be in the 2 - 5% because it hasnt come back. Not yet anyway! |

Yeah, if everyone was fat because of a medical condition don't you think research teams would have made some progress on an amazing cure? I don't medical conditions attribute to a large majority of obesity in america. It's basically self-control and genetics. Also quitting smoking attributes to weight gain but it'll save you in the long run. |
