Saturday, March 17, 2007 3:36:59 AM I was raised properly, So I wouldn't THINK of touching it, but I dunno, there are very "I'm so invincible" teens out there who think they can quit anytime. |

Saturday, March 17, 2007 3:17:51 AM I think it would work for meth... But I don't know anybody whos done it... All of my friends KNOW it's stupid. But weed on the other hand... Any younger kids reading this, if you ever have any thought of even trying a drug make it pot. Almost no addiction, as long as you aren't trying to have kids... which I hope you wouldn't... there aren't a lot of effects for trying it a few times. |

Cannibal151 obviously missed the point of being REJECTED BY FAMILY over something as stupid as a drug. Laugh it up. Go ahead. See if you can actually get any wiser and have a decent life after you're done chuckling at something that's both serious and important. |

Saturday, March 17, 2007 3:04:10 AM >>I tried meth twice when I was like 18...Didn't seem that great to me...I really don't see why people allow themselves to get addicted to crap like that... I don't understand your logic. How do you not get addicted to a chemical? I have friends that don't even have the willpower to quit smoking, let alone if they tried something this powerful, a drug that has the LOWEST rate of stopping. I think it's something like 6% of people who quit stay sober.
It's not exactly something people have control over, and it's very sad. |

Saturday, March 17, 2007 2:56:25 AM Very good ads. Somewhat reminds me of the ones back in the late 80's early 90's for smoking. I still chuckle when someone packs a cigarette pack thinking of those monkeys doing the same thing. |

GrnFantasic: When you're on meth you don't -think- like that, sorry. And frankly? Dumping someone on the street in front of the hospital is not being a friend... you're supposed to go in with them, stay there, call their parents to tell them where their kid is, etc. That was seriously f-ed up. |

Saturday, March 17, 2007 2:35:52 AM Why didn't the kid go through the window in the "Parents" one? Also those kids are true "Friends" they got her to the hospital. If I did meth and my friend ODed I would be too paranoid to put my fingerprints on the kid. |

Meth is sweeping the US like a firestorm. It's way too easy to get and make (though dangerous) and it's like the commercials say.. you -can't- do it just once. Can. Not. It's the most addictive street drug out there. Those commercials are trying to relay that. It's an ugly drug. It does just what they show: Makes you violent, destroys your teeth, face, all of it. It destroys you and you can't stop. Been a lot of murders over that s--t. Here's to hoping it'll make a difference.. no matter how big or small. |

Saturday, March 17, 2007 2:16:15 AM Eh, they'd be highly effective if most teenagers weren't complete dumbasses. As it is, they'll take their invicible mentality and say "it won't happen to me" and do what they want regardless. Besides, having lived in Montana, there's really nothing to do up there. A common pasttime (according to my dorm mates) was feeding birds alka seltzer so they blew up. Or having bible studies. |

Saturday, March 17, 2007 2:13:45 AM I come from a family that has been wrecked by drug use. Those videos were disturbing, and will no doubt be highly effective. |
