Saturday, March 17, 2007 12:59:27 PM btw "hylianninja," you're pretty pathetic, coming up with preconcieved notions with no actual scientific evidence to back it up and flaming people on the internet. maybe you should stop playing dratING ZELDA, and do something else. like...smoke some pot. loosen up. |

Saturday, March 17, 2007 12:57:44 PM pimpman is right, marijuana is not physically addictive. there are no withdrawl symptoms from quitting pot. Mentally addictive just means you have LOW WILL POWER. marijuana in pure form is not addictive, but many large scale growers will use addictive additives to keep their customers coming back. moral of the story: grow your own pot, keep it small. you'll have fun, never get caught, and stick it to the man. |

Saturday, March 17, 2007 12:53:17 PM "OUOTE"--"I don't understand your logic. How do you not get addicted to a chemical? I have friends that don't even have the willpower to quit smoking, let alone if they tried something this powerful, a drug that has the LOWEST rate of stopping. I think it's something like 6% of people who quit stay sober. It's not exactly something people have control over, and it's very sad." Excuse me? It's called DON'T DO IT IN THE FIRST PLACE!

Saturday, March 17, 2007 12:38:00 PM nah, you cant scare people out of doing drugs, these ads are over the top, no-one believes things are like that so they wont pay any attention to them. also, trying something once wont cause an addiction if you're strong willed; repeated use will, but that's only in people with addictive personalities. i read an article from a guy who said there is no such thing as a chemical addiction, people get addicted to things because they want more, like fat people who eat too much cake there's no chemical addiction to cake is there?. dunno how much i agree wit that though. I just know if someone says you'll get addicted to something after the first time they're probably lying to scare you off it. pretty entertaining ads though i guess, and if it works for a couple of weak minded people, that's gotta be good |

Saturday, March 17, 2007 12:28:39 PM Thats a scary little drug. I read an article about people that buy homes that used to be meth labs and the chemicals were infused in the building itself. So much that the normally healthy family started having crazy medical problems. They didn't know it was a former meth lab until it was too late... |

Parents: The parents locked the kid out because he was on Meth withdrawal which makes you (as far as I know) very angry, irritable, violent and temperamental. They couldn't deal with him anymore so they just locked him out for their own safety. And yes, Meth can seriously screw up 'good kids' or those with 'high willpower'. I consider myself to be extremely willed... quitting smoking was no problem for me. We won't get into why I started, but it got me through some tough times. I still wouldn't think twice about trying Meth. It's just -that bad-. Also, another point: If parents would teach their kids to learn that consequences can hit later and don't have to be 'immediate' then kids can learn to think 'in the future'. So there's a parenting issue, here, too. Only to some degree. It's all about how you teach your kids to think and what values you instill in them. Just another take on it all. |

Pimpman, Hylian: Way to have a pissing contest over unimportant s--t. Seriously. You both look like idiots to me. The point of this is that Meth is -extremely- addictive and one use can be the end of anyone's willpower against it. It can't be compared to Marijuana for that point. Marijuana (whether you want to say it's only psychological, or both physical and psych) is -not- as addictive OR as dangerous as Meth is. Pull up your pants and focus on what's important, here. EXPLANATIONS: Boyfriend: The man who left the room was a 'Meth Boyfriend'. Her 'real boyfriend' (the guy that came in at the end) probably hooked her up with him so she could -sleep with him- so he would give her her next Meth fix. He was 'taking care of her' by providing the Meth, which is a bunch of bs.

Saturday, March 17, 2007 11:07:19 AM If any of you feel free to do drugs. Go ahead. I know I won't. I think everyone should learn from their own mistakes. =) I just love to say "I told you so" as much as you will enjoy your meth. Heheh. =D |

Saturday, March 17, 2007 10:23:01 AM As opposed to those anti-Marijuana-smoking commercials, these things actually go down when it comes to Meth. |

Saturday, March 17, 2007 10:16:41 AM i think the one with the friends just leaving her outside of the hospital was the most effective . at least to me . i didn't really get the "boyfriend" one though could someone explain it to me ? oh and i've been skimming some of these other comments and just in my experience .. i'm a teen i'm only 16 .. i've smoked cigarettes before just a couple i never found anything great about them and i never have an urge for another even though both my parents smoke .. but with weed idk .. despite everyone (i mean everyone around me) saying you can't get addicted .. if you get used to it it's kinda hard to stop . just my input idk . |

Saturday, March 17, 2007 9:57:17 AM Hylian: Whatever fool, i'm done. I will never accept defeat to you, and go to hell. I haven't done anything except share my opinion to the viewers, you just had to argue over pointless crap. You shouldn't make fun of advice from someone with personal experience. You've proven one thing, you are a complete moron with no point to the conversation. regards, your daddy

Saturday, March 17, 2007 9:39:57 AM Wow marijuana is mentally addictive. Way to prove your point again, and unless I see proof that it is physically addictive, you can ninja yourself back to Japan and get a life. And Hylian, you never made a snappy comeback once. |
