Very powerful messages, and these ads should be broadcasted everywhere. But I do agree with what others have said. Some people are just so hard headed that they'll ignore what's being said to them and end up learning the hard way. |

my school had an assembly for meth, it scared the poo out of me. although, i don't think there's any meth dealers in my city. just lots of pot dealers. |

If you wanna talk about a place infested with crystal meth, talk about British Columbia. BC is the crystal meth capital of Canada. Almost all crystal meth that's floating around western Canada comes from that province. |

Great ads... in my opinion, meth is shaping up to be the "crack of 2000s" in a lot of places where it has started spreading around. Drugs like this, like crack, like heroin, just prey on human life. There's no good side to them, they wreck people, and the more ads like these can discourage people who might consider using them, the better. I don't know about the US, but here in Canada a lot of drugstores have a thing called MethWatch, where if someone tries to purchase or obtain large quantities sort of medication that could be used to cook up some meth, I believe they could be reported to the police? I'm not sure exactly how it works but it's a good idea in my opinion.As for those of you saying marijuana is not addictive, you're completely and utterly wrong. I know several people who are addicted to pot. And yes, it is a physical thing. These people have been able to quit smoking, yet they still continue needing pot. They were very well-done ads, but I dunno if they'd work. Teenagers are retarded.I don't understand the need to do drugs in the first place. Even pot. It just seems so stupid to me to want to put anything in your body that will potentially harm you (pot is not harmless, you're still putting something foreign into your lungs). I don't understand the need for a "buzz". I live perfectly fine without any of that. Maybe they don't? *shrugs* And this doesn't just affect the person who puts the drug into their bodies. It affects their family, etc, which was one of the points of the videos. Even if it *was* legal. |

Mistorobota, I'm not sure this is about the war on drugs, I think these commercials are about what can happen to you if you go down the Meth path. Sure everyone can chose for themselves, but at least be educated enough to chose wisely. Nothing good will ever come out of using meth. |

Two things, meth is not exactly the best drug you want to be on and this video is stupid. America's constant "war on drugs" is purely asinine. We should have the right to decide what goes into our body. Making laws which make these thing illegal only prompt crime around them such as those portrayed by this video. Make something illegal and it will join other illegal activities.While I have no interest recreational drugs I do not think it is the right of the government to tell us what we can and can not do to our own bodies. |

Hell, they need to start showing these in PA. The (insanely small) town I live in has at least 3 known Meth labs, and a crackhouse, and another small town near us is said jokingly to have a meth lab in every basement. |

Well. One of my other friends gets high, and crap, and I told my boyfriend [jokingly] that Id get high with her, and he told me to not do any sort of drugs, whatsoever. He said his grandma died from it, and I was like "but...i dont think you could die from it unless you OD?" and he starting crying, and told me it was because her boyfriend got high and beat her to death. So that completely convinced me, since he said he wouldnt want anything happening to me. And this helped even more. And, I wouldnt let any of my friends do it either. |

Who cares...just let them do it, they can be arrested when they shoot one of their friends, till then...leave them alone..I'm tired of hearing about drugs, doesn't matter. |
