ok, or, you could just have a computer with a burner in it.... and everything else can be put on a shelf above your desk. OR, wait for a few years when everythings in a computer half the size of todays laptops. |

so my question is why does guest5326 still feel the need to put disclaimers on her posts? i mean seriously if you posted 214 i'm sure that by now every should realized english is not your first language....and that is cool...i can't do it as i have a laptop...and my desk is my legs...and that wouldn't be cool having things stapled or taped or glued to the backs of my legs...>_< |

It's two computers. One is a Mac (the powerbook) and the other is a PC. The LCD display on the left is hooked up to the powerbook as a secondary display. Lots of people have a desktop and a laptop. It's not that crazy. |

OMG! Brilliant!Now need to convince my husband (which is the worst kind of geek... the type that think the MORE wire you have under your desk, the BEST it is ...) to do the same... a nice clean desk, whitout all the junk... then he will tell me he finnaly have engouh space to get the third flat screen (i have 3 screens, you dont know you need 3 until you try it) he always wanted, then it will cost tons of money and i will be screwed up >< Maybe i'll wait... (BTW for the person which was intelligent engouh to think of this, congradulation, it was a very good idea, you probably inspired alot of people and saved tons of people from losing sanity! we <3 you long time) *DISCLAIMER: after comments about my bad english, I now need to tell people its not my native language. Now you know I'm not a retard, just love to learn many languages ^^ Thank You ^^ |

i wouldve personally installed a tiny gap and mounted up a computer fan of a sort in there. that way i would be insured that no overheating would occur. i know he covered the overheating in the faqs but i wouldnt want to lose a HD even if it is covered by warranty. good idea, but i have a drawer under mine, so it wont work. also, this reminded me of seinfeld when george put a bed under his desk. i dont know why it reminded me of that, but it did. |
